Fetch or upload DIBBS batch files and reference data.

Fetch Latest DIBBS RFQs

Automatically download and import the latest DIBBS batch from dibbs2.bsm.dla.mil. Checks yesterday first, then up to 7 days back. Skips any date already imported. Downloads the BQ ZIP, Index TXT, and CA ZIP — imports the BQ and Index, saves the CA for later.

This operation can take 1–3 minutes depending on DIBBS server speed. Do not close the page until it completes.

1. DIBBS Batch Quote ZIP

Upload the BQYYMMDD.ZIP file downloaded from DIBBS. The ZIP must contain both bqYYMMDD.txt (RFQ records) and asYYMMDD.txt (approved sources).

2. DIBBS Index File (inYYMMDD.txt)

Upload the fixed-width index file for an existing batch. Enriches RFQ records with NSN, nomenclature, return-by date, and document file name from the DIBBS index.

3. RTP Inventory CSV

Upload your RTP inventory CSV. This replaces all existing inventory rows. Required columns: mfg_number, supplier.
